How do I know if Infinity Flow Products are sold in my country?
The easiest way to check is at checkout. If your country appears as an option when entering your shipping address, we ship there. We're actively expanding to new markets — if your country isn't available yet, fill out the form below to get notified the moment we open shipping to your region.
My country isn't available at checkout. When will you ship to my country?
We're expanding international shipping on a rolling basis. Availability depends on local product safety certifications, logistics partnerships, and demand. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page to let us know you're interested — the more signups we get from a region, the faster we prioritize it. You can also reach out to us directly at contact@infinityflow3d.com to ask about availability in your country.
Can I place an order and have it shipped to a different country?
Yes. Your billing address and shipping address do not need to match. As long as the shipping destination country is available at checkout, you can ship to any supported address in that country.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing for international orders?
Yes. If you're a print farm, reseller, or business looking to purchase multiple units, contact us at contact@infinityflow3d.com or use the Request Price Quote form on our Contact page. We can discuss volume pricing, lead times, and shipping options for larger orders.
Can I get a refund on import duties if I return my order?
Import duties and taxes are collected by your country's customs authority, not by Infinity Flow. If you return a product, we will refund the product price and shipping cost, but we are unable to refund import duties or taxes you paid to customs. You may be able to reclaim these charges from your local customs authority — contact them directly for their process.
