Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition with all parts and accessories included. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at contact@infinityflow3d.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defect returns. For international orders, we may offer a partial refund or store credit in lieu of requiring a return to save you the cost and hassle of international shipping.

 

3D Printer Incompatibility

If a product is not compatible with your 3D printer, contact us at contact@infinityflow3d.com within 30 days of delivery. Our team will work with you to determine if the issue can be resolved through replacement parts, adapters, or support. If we're unable to provide a solution, you may return the item for a refund. For international orders, we may offer a partial refund without requiring a return.

Compatibility issues must be verified through our support process. Customers are required to work with our team to attempt resolution before a return is approved. Failure to follow troubleshooting steps may result in denial of the return.

 

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at contact@infinityflow3d.com within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll ask for photos or a short video so we can diagnose the issue. In most cases, we'll resolve the problem by shipping you the specific replacement part at no charge. If a replacement part can't fix the issue, we'll arrange a full replacement.

For shipping damage, please photograph any damaged packaging before opening. Failure to provide evidence of shipping damage may limit our ability to file claims or provide compensation.

 

Warranty

Infinity Flow products include a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Customers agree to provide Infinity Flow a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and resolve any issue before requesting a refund, return, or initiating a chargeback. This may include providing requested information and completing basic troubleshooting steps.

During the warranty period, we will:

  • Provide replacement parts free of charge, or
  • Replace the unit if the issue cannot be resolved with parts

Customers may be required to:

  • Perform basic troubleshooting steps
  • Provide diagnostic information (photos, video, or logs)

Warranty claims may be denied if sufficient information is not provided or troubleshooting steps are not followed.

 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or modification
  • Use outside intended operating conditions
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Issues caused by third-party components or unsupported configurations

Replacement parts are available for purchase at any time.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or warranty claims for:

  • Items showing use beyond what is reasonably necessary to verify basic functionality. 
  • Items returned with missing components
  • Items that have been modified or altered
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Returned items are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to document returned items via photo or video during inspection. Missing or substituted components may result in a partial refund or denial.

 

Refunds

If your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Refund processing begins after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original outbound shipping costs are refunded for defective items but not for non-defect returns. Please allow up to 15 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at contact@infinityflow3d.com.

 

International Orders (Outside of the US)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defect returns. Any customs duties or import taxes on the original order are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. For international orders where a full return is not practical, we may offer a partial refund or store credit without requiring the item to be returned. Partial refunds are determined based on product condition, usage, and return feasibility.

 

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on withdrawals. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

EU consumers are also covered by a legal guarantee of conformity for a minimum of 2 years from delivery. If your product is defective, does not match its description, or does not function as expected, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund. This legal guarantee exists independently of any commercial warranty we offer and does not replace or limit your statutory rights.

 

General Policy Enforcement

Infinity Flow 3D Printing LLC reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns, refunds, replacements, and warranty claims at our sole discretion, acting reasonably and based on the conditions outlined in this policy.

We may deny or limit any request in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Missing parts or incomplete returns
  • Signs of misuse, modification, or improper installation
  • Failure to follow provided setup or troubleshooting steps
  • Excessive or unreasonable support demands
  • Suspected fraud, abuse, or policy manipulation

 

Support Conduct

Our team is committed to providing fast and helpful support. We reserve the right to limit or refuse service in cases including but not limited to abusive language, repeated refusal to follow troubleshooting steps, or excessive requests beyond reasonable support scope.
